I’m Tania Dalton, an Energy Strategist for women over 50. I bring together more than 30 years of experience across health, movement, behaviour change and mindfulness, alongside my own lived experience of rebuilding energy after 50.

My approach is personalised by design. I don’t prescribe rigid plans or tell you what you “should” be doing. I help you understand what zaps your energy, what gives you energy – and how to build energising habits that fit your real life.

My programs and systems help you restore trust in your body, rebuild confidence and create an energised way of living that genuinely feels good.

A 90-minute online personalised Energy Audit and Priority Energy Action Plan

If you’re unsure where to focus or tired of trying things that don’t stick, Energise Express is the ideal place to start.

In this session, we:

  • identify your key energy zappers and energy givers
  • explore what’s influencing your energy right now
  • create a clear, personalised Priority Energy Action Plan

This is a supportive and non-judgemental session where we’ll do a deep dive and get straight to the point, maximising our time together. There’s no pressure to commit to anything beyond this session but Energise Elevate is available if you want to go further.

A 8 week online personalised Coaching Program designed to double your energy!

Energise Elevate is for women over 50 who want to go beyond an initial energy reset.
It offers the time and space to work together in depth, building on the clarity gained through Energise Express.

Over eight weeks, you’ll receive:

  • Coaching guided by your Personalised Energy Blueprint
  • Weekly sessions and regular check-ins for clarity and accountability
  • Support to build habits that fit your body and life now
